Delivered a number of IT integration and governance / compliance projects aimed at creating a more robust and reliable system which included extensive analysis of system integration and dependencies and planning / negotiation with a number of vendors on the structuring of SLAs and controls around changes to systems.

Managed programs around outsourcing and control of work which included an extensive evaluation of existing programs to see if they would deliver planned benefits, reporting and recommendations on certain portfolios, vendor performance and delivery audits, assessment of resources allocated to project.
